They are ideal for spreading colour on the page or painting with them by applying colour directly to the brush. Their portability makes them convenient for painting wherever you go. The barrel is translucent so you can easily see how much water is left. For cleaning, just simply squeeze the barrel to saturate the tip and brush it on a sponge or paper towel.
The Pentel Aquash water brushes are available in 3 tip sizes, fine tip, medium tip and broad tip.

This water brush is nice to paint with on the go, however I don’t like how when you squeeze it the water drips out the side instead of through the bristles.
