Midori MD Journal block square notebook features a spread with 8 blocks in 5 mm grid. You can use the layout freely to arrange your daily journal as you want. If you don't need to write too much daily, you can use the spread for a whole week (7 days + memo). It contains 192 pages that can be used for half a year with one page per day and for 2 years with a spread of one week.
Each notebook comes with a set of index stickers that you can classify your daily records. Please note that there is no cover attached to the notebook. A cover may be required depending on your personal habit.
